All courses are taught by psychotherapists who are knowledgeable of the subject matter and experienced in creating safe environments.

What kinds of people will be in my class?
We will do our best to match participants with similar backgrounds for each class. However, our ability to do this depends on the number of people enrolled at any given time. You may find yourself in a class filled with people who have very little in common with you. We will ask participants in each class to show respect for individual differences and suspend judgment. In fact, mastering this kind of respect is essential for the work you are about to do.
-
Will I be forced to speak up in class?
Naturally, you will gain most from full participation. Although you may be gently challenged in an effort to help you overcome previous limitations, your right to hold back will be respected. Our instructors will never force or pressure you to do or say anything which is uncomfortable for you. You will be encouraged to go at a pace which feels right to you.
-
What will I need to do to participate in class?
You will have the opportunity to ask questions, participate in exercises, role plays and class discussions and provide feedback to others.
